Where the Rubber Meets the Road

"Because others cannot vibrate in your experience, they cannot affect the outcome of your experience. They can hold their opinions, but unless their opinion affects your opinion, their opinion matters not at all. A million people could be pushing against you, and it would not negatively affect you unless you push back. They are affecting what happens in their experience. They are affecting their point of attraction -- but it does not affect you unless you push against them." Abraham

So, now the question is, what am I pushing against, or by shouting "no" at something, what am I dragging into my vibrational signature? Gets rather personal doesn't it? In another instance Abraham tells us that all dis-ease is the manifestation of resistance, and so would be the case with shortage or the perceived absence of anything within our lives. Personal inventory time! If inclined to do so, do it without anything save an expression of love toward the self, for remember there isn't anything "wrong" in our journey, just the opportunity for new choices that bring about happier effects.

hi larry my name is jay and i have begun to understand unity concepts along with a course in miracles. i found a tape of one of mary ellen's sermons at a used book sale and when i listened to it she was saying dont trust anybody, always suspect thier motives, bla bla bla and i thought, what the? she went on for three or so minutes like this but then she clarified it all by saying is'nt it crazy but we all think like this from time to time.i believe the tape was titled the starting place of love. when she said that starting place is you, (me) i stopped and thought yes, not because i am more than god or that god is anything less, but simply because god is not seperate from me at all! i think i got an understanding there. i am in a church that is very fundamental in their beleifs about the bible so please pray for me. since i have been learning unity, acim , and metaphysical truthes, sometimes the literal way of seeing the bible wears on me. but i do love the little church i go to and maybe for now this is god's way of helping me realise my perfection. i am not sure if i really commented about your blog. i think i forgot what it said. i will go back and read it again. anyway thank you larry and mary ellen for your sermons. they really bless me. god bless, jay bedford.
